Payment Methods

Configure the Forms of Payment (FOP) available to your agents in the Travel Workbench.

BSP Cash​

Enable BSP Cash payments for settlement through IATA BSP.

  1. Go to Payment Settings.
  2. Toggle BSP Cash to Enabled.

Credit Cards​

Add agency cards or enable customer card usage.

  1. Navigate to Credit Cards.
  2. Click Add Card to save an agency credit card.
  3. Provide Card Number, Expiry, and CVV.
  4. Save to make it available for agents.

IATA EasyPay​

Configure your IATA EasyPay wallet.

  1. Select IATA EasyPay.
  2. Link your IATA EasyPay account credentials.

Once configured here, these payment methods will appear in the Travel Workbench Payment Page for agents to use.
