Travel Workbench
The Travel Workbench is where you book flights, take payment and issue tickets, and manage orders after booking. Pick the task you need below.
Booking
- Book a flight: search flights, compare airline offers and create a booking.
- Find a booking: find and open an existing booking (PNR).
Payments and tickets
- Pay and issue tickets: take payment for an unpaid or partly paid order and issue the tickets.
- Pay with the traveler’s card: take a real-time payment using the passenger’s own credit card.
Seats and extras
- Choose seats: open the seat map and assign free or paid seats.
- Add bags, meals and assistance: add extra baggage, meals, wheelchair assistance and more.
Changes
- Change date or route and reissue: reissue a ticket when the date, origin, destination or cabin changes.
Cancellations
- Void a ticket: cancel a ticketed order on the day of issue or within the void time limit.
- Cancel a booked order: cancel a booking that hasn’t been ticketed yet.
- Cancel a ticketed order and refund: cancel a ticketed order and process the refund.
- Cancel but keep the ticket: cancel the trip and keep the ticket value for later use.
Passengers
- Edit passenger details: update passenger details entered during booking.
- Split a PNR: move one or more passengers into their own booking.
