Change Date, Origin, or Destination and Reissue Tickets

This guide outlines the process for reissuing a ticket when a passenger requires changes to their travel dates, origin, destination, or cabin class.

1. Retrieve Order and Initiate Reshop​

First, locate the passenger's existing PNR from the Retrieve Order page.

  1. On the Order View page, you will see the current PNRs.
  2. Click the Manage Journey button to initiate the change request and access the Reshop Page.

2. Reshop for New Itinerary​

On the Reshop Page, you can use the search bar to modify the booking details.

Pinning / Retaining Segments​

If you have a multi-segment journey (like a round trip or multi-city trip) and want to keep a specific flight segment unchanged:

  1. Click the Pin icon next to that journey (e.g., outbound flight) on the Reshop Page. Pinned segments become inactive and will not be re-shopped, preserving the existing flight details.
  2. Click Unpin on the journey you want to modify (e.g., inbound flight). The unpinned journey will be in an open state to make changes, such as modifying the date or cabin class.

Modifying and Searching​

  1. Modify Segments: Update the Origin, Destination, Travel Dates,TripType or Cabin (e.g., Economy to Business) as requested.
  2. Click Search to find available flights with the new criteria.

3. Select New Offers​

The system will display a list of available flights matching your new criteria.

  1. Review the available Reshop Offers.
  2. Select the desired offer for your journey.

4. Review Changes and Fare Difference​

Before confirming, review the detailed breakdown of the changes.

  1. Go to the Check Fare / details tab.
  2. Verify the Old Itinerary vs. New Itinerary details.
  3. Review the Price Breakdown:
    • Previous Order Price and Net New Price.
    • Difference: The additional amount the customer needs to pay for the reshop to be completed.

5. Confirm and Pay​

  1. Once satisfied with the new itinerary and price difference, click Proceed and Confirm.
  2. You will be redirected to the Payment Page to complete the transaction.
