Split PNR
The Split PNR function allows you to separate one or more passengers from a multi-passenger booking into a new, independent PNR (Passenger Name Record).
Context
You might need to split a PNR when:
- One or more passengers want to travel separately.
- Some passengers are cancelling their journey while others continue.
- A booking made together needs to be managed separately for changes or ticketing.
Key Outcome:
- The selected passengers move to a new Child PNR.
- The remaining passengers stay in the original Master PNR.
- Both PNRs will have distinct PNR numbers.
Prerequisites
- An existing Booked or Ticketed PNR with multiple passengers.
- You are logged into the Travel Workbench.
