11.1 Configure Credit Control Limit

Enter the Credit Limit for the sub-agency.

View-Only Access for Sub-Agencies Sub-agency administrators can view their allocated credit limit and current balance, but cannot modify these values. All limit adjustments must be requested from the Parent Agency.

11.2 Assign Owner

Select the Owner responsible for managing the sub-agency account.

The owner will monitor the orders placed by the sub-agency.

How to Request a Top-Up for a Sub-Agency Credit Balance

This section explains how a sub-agency can request a credit top-up from the parent agency through the NuFlights Agency Admin Portal.

A top-up request is used when the sub-agency needs additional credit balance to continue booking transactions.


Step 1: Navigate to the Subscriptions Section

Log in to the NuFlights Agency Admin Portal.

From the left navigation menu, click Subscriptions.

The Subscriptions page will open. You will see the following tabs:

  • Subscriptions
  • Requests
  • Top-up History

To initiate a credit request, go to the Request Top-Up tab.

This will open the Request a Credit Balance form.

Here the sub-agency must enter the required details to request additional credit.

Step 2: Select the Agency to Request Credit From

The first field is Request To — this specifies the parent agency from whom the credit is requested. In the Payment Amount field, enter the amount you want to top-up. This amount represents the credit that will be added to the agency account once the request is approved. Example: 18000 AED

  • Payment Date — specifies when the payment was made or initiated. Select the date using the calendar picker. (Example: 14 Mar 2026)
  • Payment Method — select from the dropdown (e.g., Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer)

In the Payment Proof section, upload the supporting document.

Accepted files: PDF, PNG, JPG / JPEG — Maximum file size: 250 KB

Example documents: bank transfer receipt, payment confirmation screenshot, deposit slip.

Upload the file by dragging and dropping or clicking Choose File.

The request will be sent to this agency for approval.

Step 3: Request Approved

The parent agency has approved the request and the credit has been added to the account.

Step 4: Request Status Overview

The top-up request may have the following statuses:

RejectedThe request was rejected, possibly due to invalid payment proof or incorrect details

Balance / Top-Up Page

This section manages the credit balance for the sub-agency.

Navigation: Sub Accounts → AirInd Agency → Balance / Top-up

This page displays the credit limit and current account balance.

  • Credit Limit — The maximum credit the sub-agency is allowed to use for bookings. (Example: AED 25,000.00)
  • Account Balance — The current available credit balance. This value changes when bookings are made, refunds occur, or admin performs top-ups. (Example: AED 61,000.00)

Below the credit section, a Payments table shows all top-up transactions performed for the sub-agency.

Top-Up Button

On the right side of the page there is a Top-up button.

This button is used when the admin wants to add credit balance to the sub-agency account. This form allows the admin to add funds to the sub-agency.

The Payment Methods tab defines which payment methods the sub-agency is allowed to use.

Allow Payment Methods of this Sub-Agency If enabled, the sub-agency can use their own configured payment methods (e.g., Credit Cards, Passenger Card).

Shared Payment Methods from Parent Agency The parent agency can also share payment methods (e.g., BSP/ARC Cash, Credit Cards, EasyPay) for the sub-agency to use when paying for bookings.

An Add Card button allows the admin to add new card payment details.

This tab shows the financial transaction history of the sub-agency.

Navigation: Sub Accounts → AirInd Agency → Account Statement

Filters available — Admin can filter by:

  • PNR / Passenger Name / Ticket Number
  • Date Range

Buttons: Search | Reset | Download

The Download button allows exporting the statement for reporting purposes.
