Manage Incentive Accounts

Some airlines provide incentive programs that reward agencies or individual travel agents for the sales they generate. NuFlights allows you to configure these Incentive Account Numbers (or Incentive IDs) at the agency level or for specific agents, ensuring that airlines can accurately track your sales records and apply ongoing rewards.

This guide explains how Agency Administrators can configure an Incentive Account Number and how travel agents can verify it during and after the booking process.

Step 1: Configure Incentive ID in Subscriptions

The Incentive Account Number configuration is managed by the Agency Admin within the Subscriptions section. This allows you to apply specific airline-provided IDs to individual agents or the agency as a whole.

  1. Navigate to Agency Admin > Account > Subscriptions.
  2. Locate the specific airline you want to assign an incentive for.
  3. In the configuration panel, select the target agent (or leave it at the agency level to apply to everyone).
  4. Enter the Incentive Account Number provided by the airline into the designated field.
  5. Save your changes.

Once configured, this ID will automatically be passed to the airline whenever the designated agent logs in and completes a booking with that specific airline.


Verifying the Incentive ID (Optional Guidance)

While the Incentive Account Number is handled automatically in the background during shopping and booking, you can visually verify that it was successfully attached to an order.

During the Booking Process

When a travel agent completes a booking for the configured airline, the incentive ID is transmitted to the airline's NDC system behind the scenes.

On the Order View Page

After the booking is confirmed, you can see the Incentive Account Number explicitly listed on the Order View page:

  1. Go to the Retrieve Orders page and open the specific booking.
  2. In the Booking Summary section (top left), look for the field labeled Incentive Account Number.
  3. Verify that the correct ID is displayed.
