

Managing Special Fare Codes
Agencies can pass specific special fare codes (e.g., Corporate fares, IT fares, Private fares) in flight search requests directly to airlines.
Viewing Special Fare Codes
To access an airline's Special Fare Codes:
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab.
- Select the specific airline subscription (e.g., Air India) from your list of individual agency subscriptions.
- Scroll down to the Special Fare Codes section.
Here, you can view all active and inactive codes assigned to this airline. You also have the ability to Edit or Delete existing ones.

View and manage existing Special Fare Codes for an airline.
Adding a New Special Fare Code
If you need to add a new negotiated or corporate fare:
- In the Special Fare Codes section, click the Add button.
- Select the Fare Type (e.g., Corporate fare, IT fare).
- Enter the Fare Code name provided by the airline or corporate customer.
- Specify the Origin and Destination (optional constraints).
- Specify the Booking Class this fare applies to.
- Set the Sales Validity (dates the fare can be sold) and Travel Validity (dates the passenger can travel).
- Click Save to apply the new code.

Fill in the specific restrictions and validities for the new Fare Code.
