BackOffice Connector

Synchronize your booking and transaction data in real-time with your agency's back-office accounting system. This ensures seamless financial reconciliation and reporting.

View-Only Access for Agency Admins As an Agency Admin, you have view-only access to these settings.

  • The screenshots below are for reference to show the current configuration; all fields are read-only in your view.
  • To request changes or a different integration mode, please contact NuFlights Support.

Overview​

Navigate to Agency Admin > BackOffice Connector. This module allows you to view the integration setup currently active for your agency.

Integration Modes​

The system supports several integration modes. You can view the specific details for your agency below:

1. Published (Real-Time API)​

Used for real-time synchronization with platforms like Tracks Wave, or NuTracks.

URL Setup

URL Setup (View-Only)

  • Format: The selected application (e.g., NuTracks).
  • Webhook URL: The endpoint for synchronization.
  • Authentication: API credentials for the connection.

2. Export (File-Based)​

Used for systems that process AIR files via a shared directory.

Export Setup

Export Integration Details (View-Only)

  • Operation: The system generates AIR files containment transaction details.
  • View Details:
    • Export Directory: The folder path where files are generated.
    • Access Credentials: Credentials for file share access.

3. Disabled​

Indicates that no active back-office integration is configured.

Credit Control Setup​

View how your agency's credit limits and sub-account controls are configured. These settings are pre-defined and cannot be modified by the Agency Admin.

Credit Control Method​

  • Back Office: Credit is checked against your external accounting system.
  • Local: Balances are tracked locally within NuFlights.

Sub-Account Control​

  • Local Credit: Credit limits enforced on your sub-agencies.
  • No Limit: Sub-agencies can book without a predefined cap.
