

Passenger Profiles
Passenger Profiles are used to store and manage the information of your agency's regular travelers, streamlining the booking process by pre-filling passenger details.
Login to NF application. Navigate to Agency Admin > Account > Passenger Profiles.
The Passenger Profiles dashboard displays a list of all saved travelers.
Adding a New Passenger Profile
To save a new passenger to your agency's database:
- Click the Add Passenger button on the top right.
- Fill in the Passenger Info:
- Title and Gender.
- First Name, Middle Name, and Surname.
- Date of Birth (D.O.B) and Email Address.
- Contact Number (including country code).
- Provide Identification Document Details:
- You must provide at least one document: Passport or National ID.
- Details include the document number, nationality, and expiry date.
- (Optional) Enter the Frequent Flyer Number if applicable.
- Click Save (or Update if editing).
Ensure at least one identification document is provided to save the profile.

Viewing and Editing Details
To view or update a passenger's information:
- Locate the passenger in the list.
- Click on the passenger's Name or Document Number to open the Passenger Info sidebar.
- Click Edit Details to make changes.
- After making updates, click Update to save or Cancel to discard changes.
The sidebar provides a quick summary of passenger information.
Use the 'Edit Details' button to modify existing records.
Deleting a Profile
If a profile is no longer needed, you can remove it by clicking the Delete (trash can) icon in the Action column of the passenger list.
Searching and Filtering
For agencies with many passengers, use the search filters to quickly find a profile:
- Document No: Search by Passport or National ID number.
- First Name / Last Name: Search by the traveler's name.
- Email: Search by the registered email address.
Filter results by entering specific traveler details.
Additional Guidance
Mandatory Identification
NuFlights requires at least one valid identification document to be associated with a passenger profile. This is critical for airline bookings. The system will display a validation error if both Passport and National ID fields are left empty.
Updating Passenger Details
When updating a profile, you can navigate back to the main list at any time using the Back arrow icon next to the passenger's name.
Use the back arrow to return to the profiles list.
